- General Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your rug, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- The rug must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
- Return Process
- Initiate a Return:Contact our customer service team at support@kkanliving.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorization:Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Pack the Rug:Carefully pack the rug in its original packaging. Ensure that the RAN is clearly written on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Rug:Ship the rug to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is received.
- Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Damaged Items:If the rug is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please provide photos of the damage when initiating the return.
- Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned rug, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. A restocking fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your rug for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to discuss your options. Exchanges are subject to availability and the same return conditions as outlined above.
- Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom-made rugs
- Final sale items
- Rugs that have been altered or modified in any way
- International Returns
